Welcome to our team of experienced leadership professionals, committed to serving and training people to inspiring people to make a difference in the world. With diverse expertise in executive coaching, team management, and strategic leadership, each member brings a results-driven approach to cultivating high-performing leaders. Our focus is to equipping individuals and organizations with the skills and insights needed develop life giving and dynamic relationships focused on trust and accountability. Through tailored leadership programs, we empower leaders at all levels to maximize their impact and achieve measurable results.

Executive Director & Founder

Jeremiah graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in History/Secondary Education.  He has a master’s degree in Educational Strategies from Rockford University.  He taught geography and US History at Lincoln Junior High School in Naperville, IL for 24 years.  He was named the DAR American History Teacher of the Year in 2022 for the state of Illinois.  He is currently coaching football at Aurora University and has coached basketball, baseball, and softball teams over the years.  Husband of 26 years and father of 5 kids, Jeremiah is committed to inspiring young people to make a difference with their lives.  

Amy Chaney

Associate Director of Development & Programming

Amy graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Christian Education.  She has a master’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Biola University.  She has worked a variety of roles with globally minded non-profits since 2014.  Her passion and life experiences extend from a range of cross-cultural work in Mexico, Haiti, and several countries in Africa, as well as living short term in France to study French.  She is currently launching a project to help under-resourced children in Africa; she also volunteers with local refugees.  Wife of 26 years and mother of 5 kids, Amy is committed to inspiring young people to make a difference with their lives.  

Chris Haase

Volunteer & Co-curriculum Developer

Chris Haase graduated from Wheaton College in 2022 with a degree in Christian Formation and Ministry and is currently serving full-time in the US Army. He loves learning about leadership and tries to implement it into all that he does. Chris is the co-author of the Core Virtues Curriculum and also helps with the website and program development. Chris is committed to inspiring young people to make a difference with their lives.

Reggie Willis

College Intern from Aurora University Sport Management Program

Reggie graduated from Monmouth University in 2022 with an Accounting and Business degree.  He worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation for 2 years before realizing he still wanted further his education and play football again.  Taking a huge leap of faith he enrolled at Aurora University in the summer of 2024 to pursue his MBA in Sport Management and play football for Aurora University.  He is set to graduate with his MBA in May of 2025.
